MaLady's Beach Condo - 663 William Hilton Pkwy - Hilton Head Island, S.C.

What does the condo offer?  Completely remodeled/refurnished, charming 2 BD, 2 full baths, sleeps 5, balcony view of golf course. NO smoking, NO pets.  A surround-sound TV with 7 HBO channels as well as a host of other satellite channels and DVD-VHR combo are available for your viewing enjoyment. Lovely Master BD has queen bed with adjoining full bath and extra TV. Guest BD has both a queen and twin bed. 2nd full bath has shower. Kitchen comes fully furnished with all cooking and dining conveniences. Kitchen table seats 4.

Are you a resort?  We are a condo unit with resort amenities, hence, Hilton Head Resort. Short-term vacationers are more prominent in the summer months (our busiest time of the year when everything is open). We will be more than happy to accommodate you with our snowbird (monthly) and weekly rentals during the quieter, non-peak season.

Are you on the beach?  We are beachside.  The only barrier separating us from the beach is a wetland--a scenic marshland--which takes approximately 5 minutes to walk via a private boardwalk. Not up to walking? Then, take the shuttle! No crossing streets and no sharing with other communities! Full-service cabana with bathrooms directly on the beach (open during summer months) serves foods and drinks.

What are the Check-in and Check-out times? These times are enforced for ample cleaning and maintenance arrangements:

• Check-in:  4 PM
• Check-out:  10 AM

What is your minimum stay for short-term rentals?

• Weekly rentals:  Saturday - Saturday all year round
• $750/wk. summer season (Memorial Day week through August)
• $595/wk. remainder of year
• Rates include 10% accommodation taxes & linens. Additional $85 cleaning fee.  Basic toiletries furnished. Bring bath soap, beach towels and beach equipment.  Coin-operated washers/dryers on each floor.

Can I rent long-term?

• Yes! We have MONTHLY Snowbird Specials Sept. thru Apr.
• $995/mo.  off-season period includes utilities and taxes
• $250 Refundable Security Deposit
• Rates include 10% accommodation taxes. Additional $95 cleaning fee.
• Linen set-up for one week.  You may keep these laundered the remaining of the month or bring extra linens.  Coin-operated washers/dryers on each floor.  Toiletries and other supplies not included.

What are your policies regarding villa booking and cancellations? Can I view your calendar?

• A CALENDAR (view) is available for booking your vacation with a $100 deposit required to hold your reservation. At least *thirty (30) days prior to your arrival, the balance is due. Snowbird rentals require $250 deposit with balance due 60 days prior to check-in.
• Personal checks & money orders accepted in the U.S. made out in the exact amount of rental fee.  (Note:  NO refunds issued until monies have cleared.)
• Major credit cards ($US) accepted world-wide (link) through PAYPAL, a secure, on-line payment center.
• Upon full receipt of your payment (and check has cleared), we then mail you a Visitor's Package with your parking pass, key code, driving directions, The Resort's Rules & Regulations, etc.  Cancellations must be made within 45 days for refunds.  Any credits can apply toward a new booking if used within a 6-month period.

What Property Amenities do you offer?

• Tennis courts, racquetball, heated pool, outside pools, sauna, hot tub, indoor walking track, exercise room.
• Community is gated with 24-hour surveillance.
• Bicycle Rentals on site during summer season.
• Designated picnic area with grills.
• Internet dialup (phone line in unit) OR visit our Onsite Internet cafe (fee-based).
• Garage parking is not assigned but if available, feel free to park in them.
• Meeting Room onsite requires reservation (no fee and based upon availability).
• Convenience/gift store onsite (also serves meals).
• We are a beach-side resort (no crossing streets and our 300-yard boardwalk is not shared with the general public).  Full-service cabana with bathrooms on beach (open during summer only).

Must we abide by Resort Rules when renting? (please read here)

• NO Pets - NO Smoking enforced.  When checking out please ensure dishwasher is empty and kitchen is reasonably clean.  Do not leave food in the refrigerator or trash in the condo.  We will not be responsible for personal items left behind.
