Description: Furnished,
charming 2-BD, 2-BA condo with outside balcony. NO
pets, NO smoking. Sleeps 5 with a limit of 4 adults. Gated community with 24-hour
security. Access private beach in approx. 5 minutes over a scenic marshland
via our private community boardwalk or if not up to the walk, take the shuttle. No crossing streets! Beach
volleyball and full-service cabana w/bathrooms on beach open March through October.
Condo Interior: Phone for local & long-distance US mainland calls and Wi-fi password-protected at a nominal
fee. Fully-furnished kitchen for cooking and dining
in. Quiet Master BD has queen bed with extra TV and adjoining full
bath. Guest BD has both a queen and twin bed to accommodate sleeping
for three. Second bath has shower.
Resort Amenities: 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool,
kiddies' pool, sauna, public hot tub, indoor walking track, exercise room, 6
lighted tennis courts, badminton court, picnic/grill area, Wi-fi in designated areas (not password protected), gift store
onsite (serves meals & handles bike rentals), coin-operated washers/dryers on all floors, full-service cabana on
beach Mar. thru Oct.
Check-In Check-Out Times: These times are enforced for ample cleaning and
maintenance arrangements.

Short-Term Rentals during off-season only (Sept. thru May): Minimum 3-night stay w/flex check-in dates.
$325/3 nights; $425/4 nights; $525/5 nights includes everything (taxes, linens, cleaning)!
Peak Season (summer) $750/wk
+ cleaning June through August (Sat thru Sat. check-in only).
Remainder of year $595/wk + cleaning (Sept-May) with flex check-in dates.
Rates include taxes and linens. Additional $90
Cleaning Fee on weekly stays.
Long-Term Rentals: Monthly Snowbird Specials, September thru May

Policy: $100 non-refundable down payment toward booking, reschedules are
fine. Balance due 35 days prior to check-in. Payment accepted: Major credit cards w/bank fee applicable and checks ($US). Visitors' packages
issued when all monies have cleared.

& pubs, cruises & tours, cinema, mall, outlets, museum, spa, library, winery, art gallery, theatre, bike & hiking trails, horseback riding,
