charming 2-BD, 2-BA condo/villa with golf view from balcony. NO
pets, NO smoking. Sleeps 5. Gated community with 24-hour
security. Access private beach (5 min. walk) over a scenic marshland
via our private boardwalk or take the shuttle. No crossing streets! Beach
volleyball and full-service cabana w/bathrooms on beach open April 1
through September 12.
Condo Interior: Surround-sound TV includes 7 HBO channels
& a host of satellite channels and DVD-VHS combo for your viewing
enjoyment. Phone for local calls (includes Beaufort & Savannah)
and internet dialup. Fully-furnished kitchen for cooking and dining
in. Quiet Master BD has queen bed with extra TV and adjoining full
bath. Guest BD has both a queen and twin bed to accommodate sleeping
for three. Second bath has shower stall.
Resort Amenities: 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool,
kiddies pool, sauna, public hot tub, indoor walking track, exercise room, 6
lighted tennis courts, picnic/grill area, internet cafe (fee-based), Free
Wi-Fi hotspot in Bldg. 3 (indoor pool area), convenience/gift store
(serves meals), coin-operated washers/dryers on all floors, cabana on
beach serving drinks and meals.

Policy: $100 non-refundable booking deposit, reschedules are
fine. Balance due 30 days prior to check-in at which time Visitors

& pubs, cruises & tours, cinemas, mall, outlets, museum, library,
